We owe much of Tampa Pride’s success to our volunteers! We plan fundraising and social events all year long and would love to have you on the team to provide much needed and much appreciated support. Volunteer opportunities include event hosts, registration coordinators, communications coordinators, parade captains and street festival hosts.

When the Street Festival and Parade are done, the fun moves to the Cuban Club! Our inaugural Pride at Night will feature headliner Martha Wash (It’s Raining Men) capping hours of exciting entertainment. Tampa Pride will be in the Cuban Club’s parking lot and first floor, highlighting partner organizations, vendors and sponsors while offering a variety of food options, liquor and beer. In addition to Martha Wash, Pride at Night will feature local and national performers. Fan favorite Tampa Bay DJs Greg Anderson and Power Infiniti will welcome entertainment including the 2021 Mr. and Miss Tampa Pride.
Volunteers will set up, sell tickets and merchandise, control walkie-talkies, guard the historic Key West Rainbow Flag & its case, bartend, control entrances & exits, and teardown & cleanup.
Volunteers must be 21 or older and must wear masks.
