Refund and Cancellation Policy
FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR THE TAMPA PRIDE FESTIVAL AND PARADE. In the event of a scheduling conflict, personal emergency, sickness, death, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may request a partial refund of your booth space. The deadline to receive a refund is as follows:
For a 75% refund – You must put in your request at least ninety (90) days before March 28th.
For a 50% refund- You must put in your request at least sixty (60) days before March 28th.
For a 25% refund- You must put in your request at least thirty (30) days before March 28th
Refund requests received less than thirty (30) days before March 28th will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Refund requests will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated refund deadline(s). All refund requests must be made by the purchaser or credit card holder.
Tampa Pride makes no representation or guarantees towards actual festival attendance.
All participants understand that Tampa Pride has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, alter or interrupt the festival weekend, and that Tampa Pride is not responsible for any losses that could arise because of such event. Tampa Pride does not refund fees due to weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention. Announcements regarding cancellation of any event will be made online at TampaPride.org a minimum of two hours prior to the event start time.
