2023 Vendor Registration is now open! Hurry, space is limited.
The Tampa Pride Street Festival is back! Once again we’re working with HCC Ybor Campus to bring you added attractions. The Tampa Pride Street Festival will include an Arts & Crafts Show, Community Health Fair and Entrepreneurs Area. The Main Stage will be located in the Cuban Club Courtyard. Here the Street Festival will kick off at 10:45am with the Tampa Bay Pride Band and guest speakers followed by featured entertainment.
The vendor areas are located in two main areas: E 9th Avenue & The HCC parking lot. The E 9th Avenue area is two blocks from N 13th Street to N 15th Street. The second area comprises the HCC parking lot area.
Back this year will be the Food Alley. Located on 14th Street between 9th Ave & Palm Ave., right between The Cuban Club and HHC!!! This area will be open 11AM to 11PM. Food trucks are the only food vendor spaces allowed in the Festival this year. They are available in the store.
The Street Festival will feature an Arts and Crafts area, an affordable way for more vendors to participate! Stay tuned for more information about rates and areas.

Street Festival and Pride at Night Timelines
STREET FESTIVAL TIMELINE
9:00am – Vendor set-up begins.
10:15am – No more vehicles allowed in festival area. All articles will have to be hand-carried or carted in.
10:45am – The Tampa Pride Festival begins.
4:15pm – Festival ends.
4:15pm – 5:30pm – Tear-down and clean-up.
PRIDE at NIGHT TIMELINE
9:00am – Vendor set-up begins.

10:45am – Pride at Night begins.
11:00pm – Pride at Night ends
11:00pm-midnight – Tear-down and clean up.

CHECK IN:
The Vendor Check-In Tent will be located at the corner of N 14th Street & E 8th Avenue.

SET UP TIMES:
Each vendor will be assigned a drop-off time between 9:00am – 10:30am. Vendors will be allowed to use hand-trucks, carts, etc. in the festival area between 9:00am – 10:30am. ALL vendors must check in by 10:00am and be completely set up by 11:00am.
TEAR DOWN / CLEAN UP:
Tear down will begin at 4:00pm and must be complete by 5:00pm. Vendors are responsible for keeping their site clean and leaving their site clean.
Failure to maintain the cleanliness of assigned location and surrounding area before leaving the site at the end of the festival will result in exclusion from future events. Vendor is responsible for removing their own debris, waste, garbage or trash during and after the Festival.
SIGNAGE:
Vendor is responsible for supplying its own signage. Tampa Pride reserves the right to remove any signage or other booth displays that it deems inappropriate or unsafe.
WATER: Running water is not provided on site. Please provide your own source of potable water.
NOISE: Tampa Pride reserves the right to monitor or prohibit the use of any electronic equipment, machinery, or other activity that it determines, in its sole discretion, is distracting from other booths or attendees.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Each Vendor is required to provide to Tampa Pride, Inc. a signed acknowledgement of receipt of the Vendor Street Festival Rules & Regulations and a Florida Resale License if selling a product or a Florida Tax Exempt Certificate for Non Profit Vendor sales.
